Some of the most talented golfers on show every time they appear in combination with an urge to increase the bar take to record levels, the Eager Beavers are a formidable all round outfit.  They had an inauspicious start in the tournament with back to back 4th place finishes.  Everything clicked into place in 2004 with a comfortable victory over the surprise runners up, the Pirates.   Since their victory they have either finished as runners up or victors until a surprise wooden spoon performance in 2009 sponsored by Green.
